You could use one as a private living room or office and the other as a bedroom. Or two bedrooms; your prerogative. We would share the kitchen and you’d be able to park in the driveway. Shady Grove Metro is 17 minutes away. This location is ideal for anyone that works along I-270 corridor. I have a dog that’s super friendly with humans but not with other pets so I wouldn’t be able to accept anyone with pets, sorry! Super close to the Clarksburg Outlets, lots of trails and greenery! Home was newly built in 2022.
