The room has a king size bed, dresser and Smart TV in the lower level of a single family home located in the super convenient Wildwood Manor subdivision (great shops, Balducci's and restaurants only blocks away). You will love enjoying time by the private pool during DC's hot summers! You will have private use of the lower level hall bath.
The house is well maintained and has a professionally landscaped yard, a patio and inground pool that you will have access to. Given the shared environment of the house, we are looking for a person who values a clean and quiet environment. We are also looking for a responsible tenant who will be respectful to the home,neighbors, and the house's two other occupants.
Shared areas of the house include four furnished living areas as well as an eat in kitchen, dining room, outside patio and pool area, and laundry facilities.
