Hi guys! This is not a scam or a company. I own this home and I have a room available for rent. Current roommate is in the process of moving out (apologies for the mess!) but I’m providing updated images to show the space with some furniture so you get a better understanding of the dimensions.

My partner and I are looking for a roommate for my private home around the Parkville/Cedmont/Overlea area. You'll have your own private floor, bedroom, and bathroom. You'll also have access to communal spaces in a 4-floor house. Contracts are available for month-to-month rent, half a year, year-long, or 2 year-long stays, and can be broken with a 60 day notice. Interviews will be conducted and both in person and virtual tours are available after an initial phone screening.

-Personal entry code in order to access home 24/7

-Full bathroom (private)
-Furniture (coffee table, tv, tv stand, futon, closet, side tables, cubby, ottoman, mini fridge)
-Ample storage space
-Fully stocked kitchen
-Dishwasher
-Laundry
-House tools
-Access to huge backyard
-Indoor and outdoor chimney
-Parking
-Easy access to I-95 exit
-Furniture available too, if needed
-Excellent location with plenty of shopping, hiking, coffee shops, restaurants, major retail stores, grocery stores, etc.

Other things to consider:
1. Rental will be managed by the private property owner (me)
2. Tenant must be cat-friendly!
3. Rental is subject to signing a rental agreement and completing a background check.
4. Can break the contract at any time as long as a 60-day notice is provided.
5. Tenant covers for 1/3 of a utility bill (BGE + Water + Internet). Range throughout the year but anywhere between $60-120 per person.

About us: in our 30s. I work from home. My partner is a doctorate student and works. We keep the house super clean and it always smells lovely.

Furniture can be provided or not—whatever you need.
