Bedroom in Fairfax apartment

Hi there! Two (30s F) roommates are looking to fill a bedroom in our cozy (2.5 bed, 1 bath) apartment starting November 1st. $1225/month + ~$85 utilities/internet. Month to month, six month minimum stay preferred. Located 3 minute walk from downtown Fairfax.

Room features a built-in closet, two sunny windows with blinds and an optional queen bed with frame.

Apartment has a small but updated kitchen and open living space as well as in-unit laundry room with some additional storage. There is even some garden space available in the side yard.

We are two professional women and a friendly cat. One of us lives here full time and the other stays intermittently about 1 or 2 long weekends a month. We lead pretty busy and active lives, love living in Fairfax, working on creative projects, and exploring the Bay Area! Our ideal roomie would be friendly, tidy, and communicative. Full-time roommate works Tuesday- Saturday out of the house and keeps it pretty mellow in the evenings.
