Lovely corner room in spacious home

EZ going quiet household, looking for pleasant, MATURE housemate in large, spacious, 5-bedroom home in East Corte Madera. Shared downstairs bathroom.
Non-smoker please.
I am 65 and have been renting rooms for over 30 years. The house loves people and the household is conscientious and respectful of each other. We have a huge kitchen and family room, which is great for eating and visiting with fellow roomies. There's also lots of room for privacy, peace and tranquility, if desired.
The current housemates range in ages 60 -- 65. There is a total of 4 at the moment which includes me and we are looking for another magical 5th... I am away a lot for work, and often for weeks at a time.
We are environmentally conscientious, but have room to improve in that regard.

We are graced with a large backyard and we're located at the base of Ring Mountain.
I know it sounds like a lot of people, but it is a magical, tranquil, lovely old house that seems to absorb all.
I am an animal lover and hope you are too.
