Looking to fill one of our large and comfortable rooms in our spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. Choice of one of two rooms (unfurnished) with ample closet space and bathroom directly across bedroom. Ideal tenant would be a young working professional, outgoing, clean, responsible, courteous of shared spaces and respectful, and who works outside of the home. 1st & last months rent due Nov 15th plus security deposit ($1500) due upon agreement, 6 mo lease available. Longer stays preffered.

We?re a working professional couple in our 30s, very down to earth. We are a very physically active couple that takes advantage of the California landscape. We love to travel, cook, and go camping. We are also very respectful and mindful of space.
