I bought a condo back in 2019, found a roommate in early 2020 and we've been roommates for a year now! Did some remodels upstairs by replacing the floors with tile, new bathroom floors and vanity! Now my old room is available, looking for a 2nd roommate for the 2nd room upstairs
Room is prefurnished, includes memory foam mattress, 42 inch tv, mini fridge, two closets, drawer, night stand and private balcony!
A bit about us, I am an Arizona Native and my roommate is from Delaware. We love to hike, listen to music, travel up north and shoot the shit! I am friendly, used to smoke cigs (I don't mind smokers) and do not drink.
We'd like someone who is employed/student, responsible, clean, drama-free, careful/conscious with crowds (covid cautious) as we minimize socializing to small groups.
