Looking for a roommate to share the master bedroom

Hello! My name is Noemi and I am a full time hairstylist, aerial dance student, and future ASU student. My roommate?s name is Katie and she is a soon to be student and full time maid! She is staying in the master bedroom and we are hoping you will share the room with her. We are both very clean, quiet, fun, and respectful. Our ideal roommate would be someone that?s responsible, respectful, clean and easy to get along with. If you smoke, please do it outside

The total rent is $1200 so between the 3 of us the cost would be $400. Utilities is usually $50 ($16.67 between the 3), internet is $66 ($22 between the 3), and electricity varies. However, if you really wanted the master bedroom to yourself, she is willing to move into my room. We would only ask that you pay a rent of $600 instead..

The master bedroom is spacious, has a walk in closet, and its own bathroom & shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. We have a Roku TV in the living room but there is a cable connection in all of the rooms. The apartment complex has 3 pools, a gym, and laundromat, and plenty of walking areas. The office is full of incredibly friendly staff and they are always very willing to answer your questions.
