Looking For New Roomie To Come Home

Looking for the perfect roomie to join our home. Students have worked out great so far. We've had students from China, Poland, and The Motorcycle Institute and GCU here in town. Unfortunately they always move after graduation. We are both busy with work and come home and enjoy Netflix or gaming. Hoping for like minded roomies. The room is on the opposite side of the house from my space. The bathroom is in the hall right in front of your room. My son has the room next to it. He's a full time manager at a grocery store so he's always at work or sleeping. At his pc gaming area in the dining room on his off days. He will be moving out within the next year getting a place with his girlfriend. We are hoping for a roomie that is without chaos.
We have a border collie and a beagle. Well behaved & blocked from your side of the house. They will be going with my son when he moves. I myself have a couple 14 year old fat cats who live in my room.
We are near Bell & 15th ave. Big 3 bedroom house. Nice new washer & dryer, big kitchen, BBQ grill out back, big patio and a fabulous garden. The room has a dresser, desk, little bookshelf and a tv. I just bought a brand new bed for the room.
