Seeking 3rd roommate for March 2!!

My friend/roommate and I are searching for a roommate to move in March 2.
I am 25, she is 27. She works for the apartment mgmt company of where we will be living (Camden Montierra). It?s a great place, spacious floor plan, lots of great amenities (full size washer and dryer in-unit, cable and internet, pool, fitness center, optional covered parking, & more). And thankfully, we get a great discount to live there because she is an employee. I work part time at a bank and go to school full time. We have 3 pets total (2 cats, 1 dog) so if you have pets as well, unfortunately the unit is at max :(. We hang out every now and then when we see a cool event pop up on Facebook or for concerts/festivals/yoga, etc. You?d always be welcome to join but of course not a requirement! We both value mutual respect and good communication. Both very down to earth, friendly, and genuine people.

Home should be a comfortable, happy place and cleanliness is definitely a part of that equation. Helping keep common areas clean and tidy would be awesome.
