High speed Wi-Fi, A/C and all other utilities are included. You will have full access to the open-plan shared living spaces, back yard and pool, as well as your own spot in the attached garage. About Us:
We are a same-sex male couple in our 30s living with a small (20 lb), well-behaved dachshund-beagle-cross named Toby. We both currently work from home and are seeking a clean, respectful, non-smoking roommate to share our home. We are open to short/long term leases and can be flexible if this is a good fit.
