International student or young professional

My husband and I have a home with 4 bedrooms, so we are interested in sharing it with international students or international young professionals as part of a cultural exchange. We have already had several short term roommates from four different countries. The bedroom is furnished. We are charging $650 for a married couple or $550 for an individual. You will be able to share common areas. We have laundry on-site and a large kitchen. There is a private bathroom. We will provide English conversation and 1-2 evening or afternoon meals together per week. My husband takes the light rail to work every morning, so he could leave you there at 8:15am and pick you up at 6:20pm each weekday. We may also let you borrow a bike to get to and from the light rail stop. This would make your total commute time to the Tempe or downtown Phoenix ASU campuses about 20-30 min each way. We currently both work full time professional jobs, and we have both lived in other countries, so we want to welcome others just as we were welcomed when we studied and worked abroad. Please send an email with a description of your field of study, interests, etc. and we can schedule a time to meet and interview each other in a public place first, and then potentially come look at the house.
