I'm looking for a reliable roommate to share a two bedroom apartment in the Camelback East Village neighborhood, uptown.
APS and internet separate.

Near many great restaurants, The Biltmore, Camelback Collonade, public transportation by bus and near light rail. Quick access to hiking / biking trails at Piestewa Peak and Dreamy Draw as well as the Arizona Canal Trail and Grand Canal Trail for cycling, which I use a lot.

1,013 sq/ft apartment with east facing balcony, dishwasher, on site laundry, pool, outdoor gas grills, assigned covered parking spot and fitness center included.
Your room has its own private bathroom, is approx. 12'x14' and can fit a queen sized bed with space for some bedroom furniture, a little nook for desk or entertainment center, and lots of closet space!

I am quiet, clean, respectful of privacy, pay my bills on time and expect the same.
I rarely have guests, with the exception of my pre-school age son who visits or spends the night. The vibe is chill and safe here, and I expect the same.

My most successful roommates were a mom and her 9 year old daughter, and I hope to find another single parent because of that. However, as long as you are even tempered, reliable, friendly and enjoy a safe home, good music and food, are kind to people animals, we will get along just fine.

You're not required to be my companion, but I prefer someone who is stable enough socially/emotionally to be able to share a peaceful home with a multi-racial father and son, who respects people's autonomy, race, gender and liberty.

Enjoying a conversation or a glass of wine once in a while would be nice, but I love giving people the space they need to feel comfortable in themselves.
