Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease with my two roommates. Lease up in April. Clean, newly renovated apartments 10 min from Asu, 10 min from downtown and 15 from Scottsdale. I?m moving to Texas for work. Two roommates are college graduates, both clean and respectful. One Roomate has a dog. Living room is furnished so it would just be the bed room that needed to be furnished. I have some stuff like a dresser/storage organizer/tv you can have if you would like. Apartment has a nice pool/gym. Perfect spot for a college student or new grad! Rent is 525 usually and that includes water. Only other utilities are power and internet. Power changes each month because of the AC but internet is 33 each a month. It?s east to get approved at the apartment we live at but if you would rather just rent the room from me that?s fine too. I will be leaving for Texas at the end of July so the room is open then for rent. Roommates are clean/organized. One is a nanny and the other is in medical sales. Both love to watch movies, go on hikes, go to dinner, go to the lake, etc.
