My roommate (25, F) a pre-med student and I (25, M) a fashion salesman, are looking for someone to occupy the master bedroom and be added onto our lease.
The room is spacious, bright and has its own bathroom with a shower. The room is quite large and fits a queen bed, nightstands, a bookcase as well as a desk (furniture can be purchased). We share the living room and fully-stocked kitchen. Located on the 31st floor of a high-rise with many amenities. There’s a giant laundry room on the plaza level, a gym, and a mailroom that receives our packages. The building is super safe. We have doormen in the lobby and security in the plaza 24 hours a day.
The Q is 2 minutes away on the same block and the 6 train is about 6-7 minute walk on the next block over. The M15 SBS Bus stop is right by the Q. Also, there’s a wide variety of bars and restaurants to explore in the area. Central Park is about a 10-15 min walk.
My roommate and I are very busy and we’re constantly in and out of the house. We’re both clean, are mindful of one another and are very friendly.
We’re looking for someone who can help us resign our lease: -must have an income of approx. $150,000 - 205,000 -have a credit score of 670+
The room will be available mid-August but we would need to renew the lease as soon as possible. Utilities are not included but they range from $70-150 in the summer. We also have a house keeper that comes every other week to clean the common area and charges $25 per hour which we split evenly.
