Beautiful, well-located apartment on the UES

I?ll be moving to Philadelphia in August and am looking for someone to fill my room. The ideal move-in date would be between August 15 and September 1, but it's flexible.

It?s 3 bed/2 bath, and my roommates are great. Peter?s a software engineer, and Caitlin?s working part time while applying to med school. Everyone?s respectful and keeps to themselves largely, but we?re friends and have shows we all watch and will cook dinner together from time to time.

The apartment is Yorkville/UES-ish, near the 86th street 4/5/6 and Q/N/R. I can?t believe this is my pitch, but it?s been the near-perfect lockdown place to live:
- Four blocks to Central Park
- At minimum 10 supermarkets/groceries within a five-block radius
- Roof deck that?s always open and almost always empty
- Dishwasher and washer/drier in unit

The building and apartment were renovated in 2017 so everything is super new. You can even program the toilets to open upon entry to the bathroom, which made me jump like 800 feet when I was first looking at the place.
