You'd be rooming with me and one other person. The other girl who was interested is allergic to cats and couldn't join us :( Reposting from the renthop ad. The cheapest room is available at $1350 per month (such a steal in Manhattan!)

The apartment features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher.

*ALL applicants must earn 40X the rent (about $52k-$65k in annual income) and HAVE A CREDIT SCORE OF 650+

*WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS (guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 660)

To move in you will need
-First month rent
-Security deposit (1 month)
-Broker fee (1 month)

You will be on a shared 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease. Be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.

If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan then this could be a great fit for you. You are a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to downtown Manhattan.
