I'm moving to Philly and looking for someone to take over the lease on my apartment in the UES. I currently live with two wonderful roommates with full time jobs in their 20s.

The available bedroom fits a queen size bed, side table, dresser, & bookshelf. It also has a very large closet.

The apartment has TONS of natural light, a massive living room, dishwasher, and double sinks in the bathroom.

There are washer/dryers in the building and part time doorman. The building is pretty quiet. The apartment is on the 6th floor (top floor) with an elevator.

It's a 6 minute walk to the Q & M31 drops off directly outside. It's about an 11 minute walk to the 4/5/6 train as well.

There is Whole Foods & Fairway nearby and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Water & Gas are included, we pay for electric and cable/internet which in total ranges from $60-100.

Requirements: Must make at least 40x your portion of the rent ($52,000), & excellent credit. There is an application fee of $125 & lease change fee of $125.
