Newly renovated fully furnished one bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village. The apartment is in an historic tenement building and very comfortable. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafes, jazz clubs, and boutique shops.

The space
The apartment comfortably houses two people. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa bed for guests in the living room. The apartment includes a cozy living room & Smart TV, high speed wifi, modern kitchen (including stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom and shower, and a full length closet and chest of drawers in the bedroom and a chest of drawers in the living room for all storage needs. The bedroom also has a second TV with the same on demand channels as the living room TV. The building is incredibly safe, quiet, clean and neighbors are mostly professionals in their mid 30s.

Access
All of the apartment and all its facilities, apart from a personal bedroom closet which will be locked.

Other things to note
The apartment is a three story walk up, there is no elevator in the building. There is also no washing machine or dryer in our apartment. Laundry can be done at the dry cleaners nearby where they have wash and fold/press, dry cleaning and tailoring services. There are two window air-conditioning units and dyson fan to keep the apartment cool in the summer and two radiators to keep the place warm in the winter.
