The lease ends April 2021 with option to renew. Lease takeover would be July 20 - August 15, she is flexible! One month deposit, first month rent, $25 application fee.

Living space and kitchen are connected, but separated by a built in bar top. 1 window with tons of natural light facing a backyard area. No washer/dryer but have used local laundromat for years (free pickup/delivery). No pets.

Room has closet. 2 windows facing backyard. Window unit. Big enough for queen or full size bed and dresser. Can try to get the room freshly painted!

Looking for 1 female roommate. ConEd + Spectrum is roughly $80 person/month. We use a cleaning service every other month or so, $30 per person. We are pretty clean and like to keep the common areas tidy as well. I try to cook every night but let?s be real, Seamless wins every now and then. We both love to hangout, watch Bravo and drink wine (naturally) but also like time to ourselves. Don?t mind friends coming over, etc.

I?m originally from Texas, went to UT, work in Advertising/Sales Enablement. Other roommate, Victoria, is fab!! She?s 28, works in Sales and is from Santa Clara.
