It is a gorgeous one bedroom recently renovated apartment in a tree lined St in West Village. Quiet and close to all shops and amenities. 3 subways near by. West 4th, Christopher st and Houston. 1, A C E B D F M.
Trees, pool -indoor and outdoor, park, tennis courts. Its full of nature right next door, as is my love.
Fully furnished with large desk space, large sofa that can also double as a single bed.
Air purifier & ioniser to keep all our lungs clean. I am stuck in the UK and can't get back for a few months at least.
As a film maker I needed a huge desk space, trees, light and good internet and this has all the above. Elevator and stairs. 2 flights. The cost of 3150 covers the rent and bills.
Kitchen:
Combination Microwave/convection, toaster, blender, food processor, water filter attached to tap.
Living room:
There is an air purifier with remote control.
Bathroom:
There is a washing machine that attaches to the bath. It's good for small loads.
Bedroom: Very comfy bed with 2" memory foam topper.
100% cotton sheets and towels.
Two hall cupboards
There is an iron, vacuum, ironing board, broom and wet mop swiffer in one.
The other has a full closet, lots of shelves and the washing machine sits in the corner.

I am a female film maker who is half way through my project. I am now stuck in London. I am the leaseholder and I have permission to have someone in for a few months or more until we are all a bit clearer.

I would love another film maker, musician, journalist etc to stay in it for a few months at least until we can move about again.
