The apartment is pretty chilled out, three guys living here at the moment, I'm moving out this month just down the street as I'm moving in with my girlfriend. Sad to be leaving the place, it's been an amazing first place to live in New York. The place has a really nice shared living room and kitchen, extremely large apartment with lots of natural light because of the skylights throughout. Large, bright bedroom easily fits a king or queen (queen in the photo) with additional space for dressers or bookshelves, large closet with overhead storage. Elevator building, live-in Super is fantastic, kitchen with full size appliances, 250 ft to the W 4th Subway, three minutes walk to Washington Square Park.
