In my landmark building, some 1 bedrooms go for $4600, if your lucky 2 bedroom is close or over $7000 and the 3 bedrooms that are 8ft x 8ft square, with no living room. Each of the 3 tenants is paying upwards to $3000 each. So when you compare West Village pricing and realize it’s expensive, My lil gem is a great deal.

The apartment is located on 10th street across from the 6th Precinct and It’s extremely well located to the subway. 2 1/2 blocks from the 1 train at Christoper St, a few more blocks to the west 4th station A, C, E & B, D, F, M. And 2 blocks from the Christopher Street Path Train.

Common areas are the living room, kitchen and bathroom). There are separate bedrooms. The pets in the photos and video are an added plus if you like animals but they stay with me in my bedroom.

You must really like animals because I have 2 dogs and a cat. But I recently started a side gig of having doggie play dates. It’s pure love and a hoot, that’s if you’re an animal person.
