I am looking to move back to London and so have 1 bedroom to rent out. The room is a great size is fully furnished as I will be leaving a bed and wardrobe. The living room is a great space with an island for dinner and socializing and a wall that is perfect for a projector.
In terms of my flatmate, he is a great guy that I knew from London and works in finance and his fianc? recently moved here from London. The layout of the property is great for socializing as the living area is in the middle with the bedrooms the opposite sides of the property.
In terms of the area, the West Village has been an amazing place to live having been here for 18 months with a huge selection of restaurants and bars.
The current lease is until August 31
