The place comes fully furnished. The room that will be open is especially big, and comfortably fits a full bed, desk, dresser, and lots of closet space.
Landlord requires first, last, and security upfront- monthly rent is $1840. I'll refer you to the landlord if you come check out the place and are interested!
The current roommate in the smaller room is an undergrad junior at NYU. She is very nice and respectful, and will be moving out at the end of December.
Overall the place is a great size for the price and location. And the location is truly amazing- very close to West 4th St Subway and all things West Village. (7 minutes walk from the new SoHo Trader Joes) Bathroom is also very decent size for West Village!
