Summer Sublet West Village - Perry Street

I am moving out early and am offering a summer sublet from June 13 to July 30, 2017, roughly a month and a half. My large private room with two windows in a 2 bedroom walk up (only 1 flight up) is available and will be fully furnished with a full bed, strong ac unit, desk, shelves, closet, dresser, and all living/dining room furniture including a sofa, dining table and full kitchen supplies.

It's a small apartment that I've loved living in for 7 years on Perry Street.... a GREAT block in the West Village, 2 blocks from the hudson river park, and close to the ACE/BDFM/123/L trains with tons of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, markets and a 24hr Rite Aid down the street. If you love it, you can take over the lease.

Total expenses for the month and half (a full 7 weeks) are $3500 which includes rent, internet, electric, gas, heat and hot water... basically everything! The full amount should be paid upon confirming.
