Room has one large window, ac, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and large closet. It is furnished with queen-sized sleigh bed, dresser w mirror, desk w ergonomic chair, and several shelves above desk; nightstand w lamp. The room is 10x13.
Post-war clean sunny apartment on 3rd floor of 5 fl walk-up, shared garden, laundry in basement, high-speed internet/wifi. 1 block from Hudson River park; safe desirable neighborhood.
Apartment will be shared w male couple and their 2 labrador retrievers. You would share the bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room in fully furnished apartment. We are looking for one person (male preferred; non-smoker please) who wants a quiet home environment.
We are away most weekends so you would have the apartment to yourself then. We are pretty quiet and low-key and prefer the same.
$1800 includes rent, utilities, fios cable, and a cleaning person (comes bi-weekly).
