Hello everyone! I am planning to move this summer and am looking for someone to join this amazing apartment, located in beautiful Washington Heights. The new lease starts September 1st, and I’m sad to go but hopefully can put someone new in this great room!
The Apartment: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, new appliances, quiet, lots of natural light, live-in super, and great roommates!
The Room: Spacious and beautifully sunlit; two large west-facing windows with gorgeous views over Broadway and the George Washington Bridge; comfortably fits a queen size bed with room for other furniture; and sizable closet with mirrored sliding doors.
The Roommates: 3 women in their late 20s and early 30s. They are friendly and love making casual conversation but keep to themselves for the most part.
Rent is $1213 a month and utilities come out to around $30-$70 each.
Just a few steps from the 1 train and just under a 10 minute walk from the A/C; 1 block from the laundromat; grocery store across the street + bodega downstairs; an avenue from the river; and plenty of places to eat, drink, and enjoy yourself!
