4th Room Available - Great for Students!

IDEAL APARTMENT! We are 3 college students looking to fill our fourth room available. Between the three of us, there is one incoming sophomore and two incoming seniors. We're very fun, accepting, and very social people. Our ideal roommate would be a student or young professional who would match our lifestyle and like to go out and have fun with us every so often.

The apartment is very large and it's a great deal for the size of the 4th room and the size of the entire apartment.
There is one full bathroom, one half bathroom, a storage room, a kitchen with a pantry, a large living room, and elevators in the building. The area is very nice, safe, and is near Columbia hospital. We are close to the 1 train and C train and there is a fantastic view of the area from our unit.

The room up for rent is the second largest of all 4 rooms, has two closets, is close to the bathroom, and the first one in the hall to give it a bit more seclusion.

This apartment would be best for an undergraduate or graduate student, but it is not required to be with us. Our current lease (with option to renew or extend a few months) ends April 2023.
