Beautiful Room In Washington Heights

I am Susanna and I’m looking for someone to take on my room for the next six months with potential to renew lease next year. I’m not on the lease, so you’ll only be a guarantor if you move in. You’ll need proof of income and credit score above 600. You can also have a co-signer do that (relative, friend).

About the room, it’s quite spacious and fits a queen/king sized bed with plenty of room for a desk, dresser and other things as you can see. It’s the second largest room in the apartment where three other really nice girls currently reside. They are all in school/working and super chill people. Our apartment is very diverse and everyone is welcome.

I am moving in with family, so I’ll need to give up this super cute space. It’s in Washington Heights and nearby is the A, C and 1 train (5-7 minute walk) with easy transfers at Times Square. The area is wonderful, there’s a park right across the street with a jogging track and a free fitness center as well. There’s a laundromat right downstairs across the street, a medical center and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The area is not expensive and a great place to live in and save money in nyc.
