We are a working couple looking to rent an empty room in our 3bed 1bath apartment. Ideally we are looking for a roommate who is either a student or a working individual who is a mature, respectful, clean, quiet and pet friendly roommate (we have a kitten). This is a drama free quiet home! The apartment itself is big and furnished, with a good amount of natural light.

We are looking to rent the room immediately to a single individual for $1200, ½ month deposit, 3 month minimum, on a month to month basis. Lease expires in October 2022.

The room is 14’9 x 10’9, and has two 5’6 x 3’1 windows, with views of the street has nice wood floors throughout, high ceilings, two full closets. It also comes furnished with a full sized bed with drawers underneath, a dresser drawer, and personal fridge. Included in the rent are all utilities such as electric, high speed internet, heat, hot water, cleaning/upkeep, shared kitchen and bath.

The building is an elevator building, with live in super, and 24/7 washers and dryers available in the basement.

Two blocks from our apartment is the A train w/ elevator access on 176 St and walking distance from the 1 train.

There are 2 supermarkets + a green market. 2 Starbucks, 24/7 Rite Aid, Target all within walking distance. Just steps to Columbia University Medical School, Vagelos Education Center, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Yeshiva University. One block to a Columbia University housing.
