Room for rent in Washington Heights

Room available for rent in Washington Heights beginning December. Myself and two roommates don't mind about much, just someone who is easy going. We have a dog and she's a sweetheart, she won't be a bother. $640 rent/per month with our lease renewing at the start of March (you are not required to sign on to the lease). Wifi and electric are not included in rent.

I'm a musical theater performer so I'm outgoing, but you can always tell me to shush and I will if you're an early bird. My roommate smokes and is a bartender but he's accommodating if you don't like the smell (like I don't). The other girl is a violinist but she's very respectful with the noise.
I work on Broadway so I'm usually out most nights (I'm also actively getting COVID tested every week for work) so I won't be in your face too much.
The room is unfurnished and has an accommodating closet in the hallway. We have a communal kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and we're a 3rd floor walk up. There is no laundry in the building but a laundromat down the street.
