Huge Bedroom In Huge Apartment, Great Roommates

One unfurnished (or furnished*) bedroom available in our HUGE 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment! See photos (the photos of the bedroom are of the same room, the one that shows furniture is just an example of how a former roommate furnished the room; *should you want the room furnished, we can actually supply a bed, nightstand, TV, window curtains, and possibly some other items).

Apartment is located right near the G. W. Bridge in Washington Heights. We're immediately located off of the A express train and easily walkable to the 1 and C trains. Immediately nearby us is J. Hood Park. Nearby is Ft Tryon Park and the Cloisters. Tons of restaurants, bars, gyms, shopping. They're building a TARGET just a few streets away. Our block is QUIET.

Bedroom is HUGE. Two windows with a GLORIOUS unobstructed view of the G. W. Bridge. You can easily fit a king size bed plus dresser plus desk plus chair plus shelving. Great size closet, too.

Our apartment is also HUGE. We are three males in our 20s-30s who all work in the theatre industry (one actor, one director/educator, one company manager). We have two bathrooms, three hallway closets, ELEVATOR BUILDING, LAUNDRY IN BUILDING, LAUNDRY ALSO IN-UNIT, dishwasher, we have a huge projector screen in the living room, tons of kitchen gadgets (an air fryer will change your life!), etc. etc. etc.

Also. Our apartment has one CUTE puppy. See photos and meet Barnaby, the boston terrier! He will love you and you will love him!

Our household is one that takes COVID-19 seriously. We all wear masks when we leave the apartment. We take precautions such as social distancing and washing our hands often.

Rent is $1,080 plus utilities. Security deposit is one month's rent. Room is available starting November 1.
We are looking for someone long-term that would want to join the lease, but we can start off month-to-month. We want you to be a non-smoker. Pets can be considered on a case-by-case basis (since we already have one pup). You should be a kind, considerate, sane, clean person. We prefer a male and do not prefer couples.
