I have 1 fully-furnished private room to rent in my large, clean, and renovated 3 BD apartment in Washington Heights, Manhattan. Located in a safe and vibrant uptown enclave, Midtown Manhattan is a 15-20 minute subway ride. I am one block from the Express A-Train and a short walk to the 1 train on 181st Street. I am on business travel for much of the future, so you will not see much of me while living here. My other roommate, Brent, is a quiet professional who is a very easy-going guy. While I am home, we can socialize as little or as much as you like. We are looking for a mature roommate with open communication about issues for success.

What you need to know:

- 1 completely private room in a large, fully-furnished apartment
- I reside in the apartment but am traveling on business very often. Brent is a consultant for NYC and is working from home for a better part of the year
- Bathroom, kitchen, & common areas are shared, but it is a very large apartment for NYC
- Laundry in building
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi included (fastest available in NYC)
- Roku TV in your bedroom
- Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge space, dishwasher, and appliances

Extra-comfortable and private room with a full-size bed and loft-style bunk bed above it. The room is fully furnished with a work desk / utility table, dresser, and ample closet space. The apartment is kept very clean and we would like roommates who have good housekeeping habits. A housekeeper is sometimes hired which could be included in the rent.

Roku TV in the bedroom. AppleTV in the living room. High-speed wireless internet, and utilities are included. Kitchen is available for shared use. There are laundry facilities in the basement that accept credit cards. Dry cleaning service is available one block away. Paid parking garages available across the street. Gym (Planet Fitness) across the street.

I occupy one bedroom in this spectacular apartment but will be traveling for project-related work. Brent is a consultant for the city and will be working from home for the next several months. Your bedroom is 100% private. Apartment common areas are shared. This is not a party apartment, but more suited for serious students or professionals. Roommates who are mature, professional, and respectful of the environment and common areas are desired.
