Hello! One bedroom with a private half bath is available April 1st in a beautiful Washington heights apartment. The bedroom fits a full size bed, dresser, nightstand, and bookshelf. The current tenant is selling the mattress and bed frame for $375, and window A/C unit for $100. There is a full closet in the bedroom and a second storage closet in the hallway across from the bedroom. We are looking for someone to sign onto our renewing lease who makes 80 times the monthly rent or has a guarantor. Standard lease application paperwork required along with a security deposit of one month?s rent. There is coin laundry, an elevator, as well as a porter and live-in super in the building. The building is a 10 minute or less walk to the A, C, and 1 trains. The bedroom available is one of four rooms in our apartment that has an additional full bathroom, large kitchen, spacious living room, and several hallway closets for extra storage.
