Extremely Clean Apartment Share w/ Happy Roommates

Hey there!

Spacious, ultra clean bedroom in a peaceful area of Washington Heights available March 1st, 2021. Looking for a long term roommate (1 year+) but will consider short term (at least 6 months). The room will be unfurnished so you can decorate it from scratch :) Our apartment is 3 blocks away from the A, C, 1 trains. We also have several CitiBike docks just steps away! The rent includes utilities + internet and a $1,000 rent security deposit will be asked for with the first month's rent.

You'll be sharing the apartment with one female, Izzy (28), a fitness coach and one male, Rabin (24), a PhD student. We're both quite busy but when we do have a moment to interact with each other, it's always a good time.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and *greatly* appreciates an extremely clean, tidy and peaceful home. That's the energy we like to keep here :)

We're a happy, family-vibe household so you're always welcome to join us in the common area for a movie and popcorn. We also highly respect privacy so don't worry if you'd prefer to do your own thing.
