Large Room / Responsible, Clean Roommate (3Br)

This is a month-to-month sublet for a large room in a spacious 3 BR apartment close to Presbyterian Hospital (164th street).

AVAILABLE NOW! Rent will be pro-rated for the duration of stay. Short-term and long-term are welcome.

Couples and singles are welcome to split the apartment just with me. The rent in this case is $1600 and there will be no other roommate in the 3rd room.

Deposit is one month rent at sub-lease signing. Copy of photo ID and credit history required.

Me and my cats:
. Laura, associate scientist at Columbia University MC. I work as a microscopy specialist, I run, climb and I have two cats.
. Thomas, nursing school student and climber.
. Mitzi and Ghiocel are the two resident cats, very sweet and affectionate.

I am looking for a responsible, considerate of others, quiet and clean roommate. No drugs, no smoking. Minimal cooking. Should be GOOD with cats. We keep our home tidy and clean.

House rules:
. Quiet time: 10 pm to 7 am. If you tend to wake up early or stay late please be mindful with the doors, etc.
. NO smoking, incense burning, or smelly cooking (especially frying meat). I have a sensitivity for strong smells and therefore I could not share apartment with someone that does lot of cooking or burns candles, sage etc.
. Clean after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen. Leave pots, pans or any common utensils and areas as clean as you find them before use.
. There are 2 cats in the apartment and you have to pay attention to not let them out or lock them out of the apartment. They want to and many time succeed to go on building staircase. Also they might be in your feet around the kitchen :) Please move around carefully.
