One room rent for in Washington heights

I am renting one room in my apartment. I am asking for 200.00 a week every week. The apartment is located in Washington heights three blocks from the 1 train and 3 blocks from the A train. It is around the block from Yeshiva university, one train stop from Columbia Presbyterian hospital and seven stops from Columbia university. There is a cat living in the apartment. As a roommate you have access to the kitchen must clean up after one self. The bathroom is also shared just clean up after oneself. II ask that you are careful with the number of electrical appliances plugged in at once per wall outlet. There is a full size bed, book shelf, dresser and closet. NO Music or loud television after 11:00p. m. No drugs, no pot, no smoking or No vaping at all. Only one person in the room I will not accept a couple in the room. You can have friends over but not after 10p. m. and they cannot sleep over. You cannot have anyone living with you in the room. You as a roommate cannot have a pet unless it is a fish or reptile.
I prefer no children.
