(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 660)

Room Breakdown:
1st Room $1100 good for Queen size bed
2nd Room $1250 good for Queen or King size bed
3rd Room $1250 good for Queen or King size bed

*Optional Private bath for an additional $150/month*

The apartment is newly renovated with new stainless steel appliances. Two full bathrooms and washer/dryer in unit. Half a block from the 1 train and minutes away from the C train.

You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
