1 Room With A Private Bath In Newly Renovated Apt!

I am putting together 4 people to be on a shared lease in a 4 BR 2 bath apartment. I'm going to start with the logistical details and then get into the good stuff.

To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee of 1 month.

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, ID etc.

All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 40k min) and credit minimum of 660!!

WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS!!
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit 660 or higher)

Now for the good part....

The apartment is gorgeous and you get your own bathroom, hard to find for 1075!!

If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you. You are a short walk to the 1 train and close to the AC train too. You are in one of the most historic part of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to the Upper West Side.

Fort Washington is tree lined quiet, and with a lot of great places to eat and go out nearby.

Compare Hamilton Heights to living in Inwood, Harlem, Washington Heights, Manhattanville, Bed-stuy, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Williamsburg and I think you will be very happy at the space and quality that you get. Washington Heights is one of the best secrets in New York that isn't going to be a secret that much longer.
