Great Room Available June 1st or Earlier

I am currently looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 2 bedroom apt in Harlem/Washington Heights area starting on June 1st or earlier. The move in is flexible given the current circumstances.

The apt is super cute, with a dishwasher, laundry in the building and an elevator. The building is also a historical landmark (apparently Duke Ellington lived here for the majority of his life). The area has everything that you could possibly need close-by (groceries, pharmacy, a public library, gym, trains 1 and C, great restaurants, and so on).

The room is unfurnished and a decent size. In the past, my roommate had a bookcase, a queen sized bed, and a dresser with room to spare. It has large bright windows and beautiful cherry hardwood floors.

The rent is $1010 and the bills run around $100 per person (conEd, cable/internet). I am asking for a deposit of one months rent and, of course, the first month.

I am an easy going female, like to have a clean apartment, typically we switch off each week as to who cleans. I tend to be busy with work, sometimes working from home and doing a fair amount of travel. So, I view the apartment as a sanctuary and expect others to do the same. I also have a cat, so I hope you like them. She's really sweet. At the end of the day, I am just looking for a like minded person(male, female, or couple(additional rent for this) who doesn't necessarily have to be my friend, but is a good roommate.
