This beautiful elevator building is in a quiet neighborhood on the Upper East Side, 2 blocks from the 6 train. One block from Central Park, and one block from a small community garden, this is the perfect summer sublet to explore the city, while still having a lovely space of your own.

There's tons of cute restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and coffee and smoothie shops in the area.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 shared closets - we currently use them for coats, cleaning supplies, etc. We have an IN UNIT WASHER DRYER, and a beautiful living room with street-facing windows that bring in tons of light. The kitchen has a DISHWASHER, a large, two-door refrigerator, a large stove, microwave, and tons of cabinets.

This bedroom is a bit separate from the other three, making it the quietest. It has two MASSIVE two-door closets with shelves that go up to the ceiling, 2 windows that bring it lots of natural light, and an in-window AIR CONDITIONER to keep you cool during the summer months.

The other 3 roommates are three great girls in their mid- to late-20s. They all work full-time, and have different schedules so sometimes it almost feels like you have the apartment to yourself! Sometimes if one or two of us are home we?ll chat in the kitchen for a little - it?s a very friendly environment.
