My roommate and I are currently looking for someone to take over the third room in our 3br/3bath duplex. Rent is $1400/month plus 1/3 utilities (gas/electric/cable and wifi). We are looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease.
The room has a private bathroom directly next to it and we have in-unit laundry. Located in Central Harlem, around the corner from Whole Foods, Red Rooster and a number of restaurants. We are a 5 minute walk from the 2/3 train; 7 minutes from the 4/5/6 and 10 minutes from the A/B/C/D train. We are both young women professionals (23 and 24) who work hard and enjoy our weekends and are looking for someone who is the same and has a stable income source.
To apply you will need to provide proof of employment, credit check, background check and state ID to property management. You will be required to pay first month as well as a $1,400 security deposit.
