Flexible move in date - looking for April/May/June move in!

Searching for a third roommate to fill a spacious bedroom in the UWS - can comfortably fit a queen bed, a night stand, a dresser, and a desk! This 2nd floor walk up has in-unit washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms, TONS of storage, and extra-large shared spaces. Only the bedroom will need furnishing - the rest of the apartment will look as pictured. (Green wall is contact paper and totally removable). Apartment houses two of the friendliest, sweetest cats who LOVE people, attention, and cuddles. Being a pet owner is not automatically a disqualifier, but all logistics will need to be considered upfront.

Conveniently located two blocks from the 1/2/3 train and three blocks from the B/C trains. It is easy to get anywhere in Manhattan quickly! There are at least 5 grocery stores in a quarter mile radius of the apartment including Whole Foods and West Side Market. 10 minute walk to Riverside Park and Central Park.

The two current tenants are both full time employees who have flexible work from home schedules. We’re used to a relaxed and collective living situation - very good with sharing, staying tidy, and accommodating others. We also have access to a car and could help move items into the apartment if needed! We’re still relatively new to the city and in our mid-twenties, so we’re excited for the opportunity to meet new people.
