Looking for a person who is able and ready to take over the lease for a 3 bedroom apartment on Upper West Side Manhattan (97 street and West End Ave).Spacious apartment with gas fireplace, private backyard, washer and dryer in a unit, 3 blocks away from trains 1/2/3. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s on a walking distance, 24/7 supermarket 2 blocks away. Safe area with plenty of restaurants, Riverside Park just across the street and 15 minutes walk to Central Park. One bedroom with private bathroom and 2 other bedrooms sharing one bathroom. I’m taking one of the little rooms, currently living with my sister but she is moving out to live alone. The lease ends 01.31.2022, deposit is $12k (negotiable), proof of income in amount of 40 rents (entire apartment is $4900 in a month).Recently building got new management and we always getting updates about new upcoming lease contract. About me : 31 yo female, professional, LGBT and pet friendly, 9-5 job, social but like to be alone too, always up for a glass of wine and a movie, very clean and will be perfect to play in a same team to make this place even better:)
