Very spacious one bedroom, ideal location

For summer - June, July, and August. Prime location. No photos available now. I can't get any that give a clear idea of the apartment especially the size and layout. For now I would like to show the apartment to those able to see it personally without need of photos. This is not a share - I am renting the whole apartment. Suitable for one or two people. Have rented frequently to one or two summer interns. Although you can leave at any time you wish in August, rental funds for the full three month period (not just one or two months) and one month security is required. Will easily accommodate two people with total privacy and independence for each one. Very clean, quiet, well-maintained pre-war elevator building, sixth floor. Lincoln Center area - safest, most convenient, desirable and ideal location in New York for everything. The West 72nd Street/ Broadway subway station is right next door to the building, trains #1, 2, and 3 and buses to all locations. It is a very secure building requiring code at intercom for guest entrance. Unusually large, spacious and extremely clean one bedroom, full eat-in-kitchen with table and chairs, a lot of hallway space, high ceilings. Classically furnished, grand piano, full A/C, dining area, "old world charm" type. Everything fully supplied - dishes, linens, etc. Bedroom has double bed and one of the sofas in the living room is a sofabed. The two sleeping areas are very far apart, opposite ends of apartment, with enclosing doors on all rooms. Two TV's. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful "home-like" atmosphere. $2600/month plus utilities.
