We are two 30-something professional females who enjoy a quiet and clean apartment especially now that we are both working from home. We are looking for someone who enjoys the same, who is looking to sublet long term, and is happy to share the apartment with one small, very sweet cat.
We have had the bedroom open since May but we decided to keep it empty while we hoped to get a handle on what it means to have a new roommate move in during a pandemic. But it is no longer sustainable and the pandemic is not going anywhere any time soon, so we are ready to actively look for a new roommate.
The bedroom is very pretty, with hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, and pretty views of the courtyard below. The apartment is very big and easily accommodates 3 people!

? One block from Central Park and Riverside Park (great for runners)
? Nearby grocery stores (Fairway, Zabar's and Trader Joes)

*Due to COVID-19, we will be conducting interviews/showings via video chat for now. We expect the roommate to be in compliance with all government-mandated safety measures, and to be sensitive/cognizant of their own health and its relation to others.
