Hi! My partner and I are looking for someone to sublet our furnished UWS one bedroom for the summer starting July 4th (flexible date) through October 18th. Conveniently located one block from Central Park on 96th and Columbus, the apartment makes for a great spot for the summer. We're relocating for family purposes for a couple months, and have loved living in this area.

The apartment is on the back-side of the building and has no street noise. It is a 1 min walk to Whole Foods, 5 min walk to Trader Joe's, and a 2 min walk to CVS or Rite Aid. It is also a 5 min walk to the 96th street express stop with 1/2/3 and a 3 min walk to C/B. There is laundry service two doors down, and a laundromat 6 min walk away.

Furniture, including mattress, was bought in the last 6 months, so it's all like-new. The apartment comes with 2 AC units, queen bed, dresser, couch, desk, 50in Smart TV, and closet storage. It has hardwood floors, high ceilings and a kitchen outfitted with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and full-sized fridge/freezer.

The apartment is also conveniently located close to many restaurants, bars, a shopping area (with Starbucks/Sephora/T. J. Maxx/Loft/HomeGoods/Bareburger/Chipotle/Avis car rental), and is one stop from Columbia.

No cats or dogs please. The $1,950 monthly rent does not include all utilities, which runs on average $130/mo (hi-speed wifi, gas, electric). Heat and hot water are included.
