You are welcome to use all the supplies I have as long as you don?t damage the major appliances and the apt itself. There is no laundry in building but I have a washing machine that hooks up and drains to the sink, as well as a large foldable drying rack. There is no A/C - I am happy to pay for it but you have to install it yourself.
Required: first month?s rent + 1mo security. Proof of income.
Preferred: someone who does not wear shoes in the apartment.
