Subletting Large Room on UWS

Very large room available in 2 bedroom apartment on the UWS, which will be available as soon as my roommate gets back (late May or the 1st of June). The lease ends on August 31st, 2020. I?m looking for a sublet or lease assignment. There may be the option to sign for an additional 12 months.

The apartment is on the UWS, conveniently located next to the 1/2/3 subway at 96th street. It's also two blocks from Trader Joes, has a Starbucks/CVS on the corner and lots of other shops within walking distance.

I have one roommate, who is super nice and clean. If you?re interested, I can also give you her info so you can chat before signing anything.

The apartment doesn't have a living room, so there is also the ability to have personal space, but our rooms are large enough to have people over or hang out. Each bedroom is very large -- mine has a built in closet and can fit a couch, full/queen bed, desk/chair, TV and dresser. I'm willing to leave my furniture for the duration of the rental period (until Aug 31st) or can leave unfurnished. The bathroom has been recently renovated, there is a large closet for storage in the hallway, and the kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry in building!
